Shortage of certified and well-trained logistics professionals to meet the ongoing group requirements and as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, led to the beginning of the new academic division ‘FRONTLINE ACADEMY OF LOGISTICS’. An academy to train, develop and create logistics professionals from the grassroot level.
The vision of developing and employing the local populace, with a sole aim of training the local student community to a complete professional; thereby employing the right candidate to the organization and preparing them to compete with the highly competitive global market, led to the beginning of Frontline Academy.
Frontline Academy located at Eramangalam, near Guruvayoor, boast the state-of-the-art smart classrooms. Managed by a team of professional and academic expert faculties with numerous years of industrial experience, is equipped with a latest logistics know-how library. Frontline Academy offers its students with 12 months of intensive hands-on experience in logistics through 6 months of classroom training in India and up to 6 months of internship in any of the Frontline Group offices in India and in the gulf region.
Frontline Academy is associated and affiliated with ILSM (The International Logistics and Supply Chain Management Institute), UK., and the Skill Development Board, UK., to provide its students with Globally Accredited Certification and to prove their credential in the global market.
The course modules are designed by the industry experts with in-depth details on the latest logistics know-how. The academy offers a wide range of training with hands on experience for the students in the form of internship; ranging from Procurement, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Documentation, Transportation, IT, Finance, HR etc. as specialization along with diploma programs, in various logistics division of the Frontline Group round the globe.

Any graduate, working professional or a diploma holder in logistics can join the program.
Also available weekend classes for working professionals and UG students
All programs consist of compulsory internship. Certificate shall be issued only on successful completion of the examination and project report.

Kuwait being the founding office and UAE being the corporate office, Frontline Logistics have also proved its strong existence in KSA, Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Afghanistan and India. An ultra-modern back end office, that accommodates 150 people, built in the Malappuram district of Kerala, provides round the clock support to all other office locations of the company.
It is time for Frontline Logistics to step into the educational arena. I understand that the investment in knowledge pays the best interest. By the inception of Frontline Academy Of Logistics, I dream to lead people to a better quality life. Changes will not happen unless proper knowledge is provided. Imparting proper knowledge develops a better perspective on how we look at life. It develops the powers of reasoning and right judgement. In all my travelling, I have had several opportunities to meet so many different people and hear their uplifting and interesting stories of life. This made me brood on how to reach out and contribute more to our society. Education was one word that sprang to my mind. Being an Educationist is a noble profession. This is a calling that keeps us going.
When many of the corporate companies have their hubs in various metropolitan cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai etc, I always dreamed of bringing up my place, Eramangalam, to be a logistics hub and support my fellow beings to become ‘highly in demand’ Logisticians. I am of the opinion that if I could fly to this height, then my fellow villagers including the younger generations can. Having a social commitment and responsibility to my people, I take this opportunity of starting Frontline Academy of Logistics as a blessing showered upon me by the Almighty.

Nassar B.P, is the Founder and Managing Director of the Frontline group of companies, that spreads across 10 countries, with 21 offices and 500 plus staff in the Western region of Asia. Nassar followed the footsteps of his father by crossing the threshold of a regular occupation into the business field with a clear vision. He shifted to the Middle East where he decided to start an enterprise on his own. Nassar established his first office in Kuwait and with perpetual commitment succeeded in expanding his boundaries. Kuwait being the founding office and UAE being the corporate office, Frontline group proved its strong presence in KSA, Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Afghanistan and India. An ultra-modern back end office, built in the Malappuram district of Kerala, provides round the clock support to all other office locations of the company. Nassar is also coming up with an Ayurvedic wellness center at his hometown in Kerala, in association with leading Ayurvedic Physicians, with an aim of providing in-house Ayurvedic treatment facilities for domestic and international customers. Nassar also partners with many leading business ventures across the Middle East and India. As an expansion of projects business, Nassar has begun to construct Convention centres, Residential hotels, Commercial buildings etc. in prime locations of South India. Nassar has every plan to convert Eramangalam to a logistics hub, by starting BPO operations, giving services to companies in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He is personally involved in many philanthropic activities in the Middle East and in India. Nassar initiated the scheme of building houses for the flood affected mass of Kerala and helping the needy is an ongoing process for him.
Academic Dean | Frontline Academy
An academic professional with 20+ years of experience in India and the Middle East. A passionate professional in the academic arena with core area being logistics and Supply Chain. He has played a vital role in setting up academic institutions mostly in south India with international association, accreditation and ties up with middle East Countries. His name rings a bell among the certified supply chain professionals in the Middle East. A well-rounded professional who has headed major institutions such as ITI and Career Institute in Dubai. He has worked with Compaq, Citifinance, JVG group, Zabeel and Blue Ocean. He was a key player and a Senior Consultant at Blue Ocean Academy, a premier institution based in UAE that provides training across the Middle East and headed its operations in India.
Regional Director - Frontline Logistics
A prolific and experienced professional with an astute leadership qualities, Vivian holds a vivid period of experience for over 40+years, his growth from a mere document controller in the largest shipping line company in Kuwait to the Regional Director of Frontline Logistics has been tremendous.
He was founding member of Global Freight Systems, Kuwait and was a key player in sphere heading the success of the company in the region, he has won numerous accolades and numerous accomplished projects to his credits, to name a few ‘U.S. Army Logistics’, ‘Italian Army Logistics’ during Iraq war and the project of developing a virgin island into a resort.
Vivian passion for logistics has led him to look into the operations of Frontline Group as a Regional Director in over 10 countries and 21 offices and he also heads Executive Board of the Group.
Director - Frontline Group
Mr. Musthafa Kari is the Marketing Director and Co-Founder of Frontline Group, incorporated in 2009 and currently heads the Corporate Office in Kuwait. He is qualified with an MBA and have over 25 years of corporate experience with 16 years in Logistics Industry. He is also involved in many philanthropic activities in middle east and India. He is the president of Crescent Charity Centre Kuwait and the Chairman of Malayali Association Club Kuwait. He was the Director of Alfha Group From 1990-1995 in Kerala, as part of their projects at Calicut Airport. He was the Managing Director of SAWADI Catering Services-Oman. Currently he resides in Kuwait with his wife Sameera and four children.

Mr. Afsal is the Director for Frontline Logistics offices in Qatar, Bahrain & Oman. He is one of the co-founders of Frontline Logistics and his journey started with Frontline Logistics as an Operational Manager, stationed at the corporate office in Kuwait. Afsal is also managing Partner in Hotel Buhari, Malabar Inn Calicut, U Brothers Building, Kunnamkulam, Director of Coolline radiators & Auto Spares, Perfect radiators (UAE, Kuwait). Mr. Afsal Ali holds a Bacheloral's degree in Mathematics. He also heads an educational institute, which gives free education for the economically weaker sections and also involves himself in various other social service activities.
Group Finance Manager
A senior finance professional with over 30 years of hard-core finance experience in the field of Manufacturing (10 years), Freight Forwarding and Logistics (20 years) working in India and the Gulf Region.
Attained ample hands- on experience and front-end exposure in Finalization of accounts, Daily fund Flow Operations, Systems Development and Installing various SOP’s working with multifaceted industry giants. He is member of the executive board of the Frontline Group.
He is a pioneer in the implementation of CLOUD based software – E FREIGHT to the entire group offices – 10 countries – 21 offices, in a well-designed timely manner by taking the lead. Set a uniform platform for all offices specifically for Logistic Supports & Uniformity in all reports & formats.
Group HR Manager
A senior management professional with over, 24 years of experience in India as well as UAE designated on various senior management roles including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Consulting, Corporate Advisory, Management Representative and HR. He has served as head of human resources and administration in UAE for various corporates including, Logistics & Supply Chain, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Construction and Engineering, Mgmt Consulting, Transportation, FMCG, Retail & Pharmaceuticals.
His professional strength includes HR operations and Strategy, Business Partnering, HR policy and Procedures, Training & Development, Head Hunting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management and Mgmt. Consulting, He serves as the member of executive board of the Frontline Group.
Group Internal Auditor
Ginto Paul is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A practicing professional with experience spanning 16 years across industries and various locations. His area of expertise includes direct taxation, indirect taxation, internal audits and management consultancy.
Ginto Paul overlooks the internal audit functions of the group which spans in 10 countries. He also serves as a member of the executive board of the Frontline Group, which frames the business strategy of the group and controls the day-to-day operations.
